Dennis Scribner, MD

Medical Director
Director of Gynecologic Oncology

Dennis R. Scribner, Jr., M.D., FACOG, FACS, CPE, is the medical director and the director of gynecologic oncology services with Alium Healthcare.  He has over 20 years of experience in treating women with gynecologic malignancies (ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal, uterine, cervical, vaginal and vulva) and has a special interest in advanced minimally invasive robotic surgery.  He is passionate about treating the whole person and leads a team approach with our behavior health specialists along with state-of-the-art cancer care with surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and immunotherapy.  He has been in Phoenix for ten years and has been named Top Doc by Phoenix magazine multiple times.

Debra Gibson


Debra Gibson is an ANCC certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona. She has over 14 years of experience working with individuals from various age groups suffering from psychiatric disorders in clinical settings. She has worked in different inpatient hospitals and crisis centers across the Phoenix Valley, where she has treated individuals with a wide range of psychiatric disorders such as Alzheimer’s, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, Substance Abuse Addiction, Autism, Schizophrenia, Mood disorders, etc. Debra is committed to working with each patient to achieve positive outcomes in improving their mental well-being.

Ashley Kirby

Director of Mental Health Services

Dr. Kirby is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in crisis management and correctional psychology. She treats a wide variety of mental health problems, including depression, suicidality, psychosis and anxiety. Dr. Kirby’s approaches may include, but not limited to the following: CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and functional behavioral analysis. Dr. Kirby is accepting new patients, as well as provides clinical supervision and oversight to Alium’s mental health clinicians.

Lauren has a master’s in social work with specialization in trauma and addiction recovery. She has been working with women individually and in group. She is passionate about bringing healing with hope, kindness and information. Group work is Lauren’s heart work. From trauma to parenting to substance abuse recovery, bringing people together provides much needed support. Lauren utilizes a variety of relaxation techniques, expressive art projects and coping strategies. Lauren is certified in EMDR, holistic health coaching and as a Tai Chi Chih instructor.

Ashley Kirby



Pamela grew up in Ventura, California, and has been in health care since the age of 18.  She spent five years serving in the US Navy.  After getting an Honorable Discharge, she went to Cal Poly in California where she majored in Biology and minored in Psychology.   Pamela obtained her Master's in Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2016. Pam wants to ensure that each patient receives personalized care that promotes positive change and healing.   She uses DBT, CBT and other approaches to achieve her outcomes. Pamela has been married for 28 years.  They have three children. Her hobbies include Soapmaking and hosting an Airbnb in Gold Canyon.




Karina is a trained and experienced therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with diverse populations in the mental and behavioral health field. Ensuring that patients receive quality care, she is committed to guide and provide help and support by focusing on their individual strengths, and safely address and resolve life challenges by creating a safe environment to help promote positive change and healing. Karina integrates a variety of approaches depending upon the issues to be resolved and the patient’s needs. Approaches may include, but not limited to the following: TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Client/Person Centered, EFT, Play-and art-based approaches, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Lea has over 13 years experience working with women in early recovery and specializes in trauma and crisis therapy. She believes that people heal through connection with others and it takes a collaborative approach with her patients. Lea is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where people can be their authentic selves. Lea utilizes an integrated treatment modality which primarily includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and existential approaches including Logotherapy to address challenges her patients are facing such as trauma, low self-worth, suicidality, mood disorders, and substance abuse.




Tennille is a skilled clinician who has over 15 years experience working with various diverse individuals, families, and couples in the mental and behavioral health field. She is passionate about providing a safe space for individuals to be able to express their feelings, thoughts and emotions without judgement. Tennille treats various mental health issues, including Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Anger Management, building self-esteem. She utilizes evidence- based practices and therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Person -Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Therapy, and Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Therapy.

Christina is a skilled clinician who has worked with a variety of diverse populations for over 7 years.  She is passionate about providing client-centered, quality care which results in symptom reduction, healing, and empowerment.  Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, and other modalities, Christina has experience working with individuals, families, and groups to address symptoms of depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, OCD, and personality disorders.



Case Manager

Lori has worked in, and around, the behavioral health field for decades.  She completed her undergraduate degrees at Arizona State University and is currently working on earning her master's in counseling through Grand Canyon University. Lori is passionate about helping others to heal from their emotional wounds and become stronger and healthier versions of themselves. She believes in the importance of treating each client with unconditional positive regard.

Danielle is a compassionate master's level intern with a three-year background in the mental health field. She is passionate about understanding and respecting each client's unique worldview, and strives to empower clients through increased self-awareness and insight into present challenges. Danielle uses a person-centered approach, skillfully integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT), among other modalities, to support each individual's needs. Her goal is to create a safe, authentic, and nurturing environment where clients feel understood and inspired to pursue their personal growth and healing.



Lead Medical Assistant

Taylor is our lead Medical Assistant and has over 4 years of assisting providers in performing their jobs.  She is conscientious and is dedicated to great patient care.  She is passionate at mastering a new job or responsibility. She runs the Spravato treatment each day as well as fights for the prior authorizations for our clinics.

Andrew Elliott

Founder & CEO

Andrew has been in a management position for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Finance and over his career been an entrepreneur as well as having worked for Fortune 500 companies. For the last eight years, he has been in the medical field working in diabetes clinics and now works tirelessly to improve patient lives through the Alium Health model of care in Phoenix, Arizona.  His work passion is working with business in the “start-up” phase.  Whether in his own or others’ companies, Andrew uses his experience and outside-the-box thinking to find creative ways to solve difficult business problems.


Julie Crowley

Director of Operations

Julie majored in human resources at Columbia College (Columbia, MO) and has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare, managing primary care and specialty clinics in Missouri and now Arizona.  Julie was born in the upper peninsula of Michigan and lived in Illinois and Missouri before settling in Arizona.  Julie is passionate about providing excellent customer service and taking care of the patient first.  Julie is always looking to make things better and  is very much an out-of-the-box thinker.  She loves Alium Health and Wellness because it is a welcoming environment that cares about the patients and helps women in many areas of their health and wellness.  Julie loves to sew and create in her down time and very much enjoys spending time with her 3 young grandchildren, her family and friends.
