Alium Health provides therapy services to treat anxiety, depression – including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), postpartum depression (PPD), PTSD, eating disorders, ADHD, ODD, personality disorders/ emotional co-dependency as well as LGBTQ+ issues.

Diabetic Care

Alium Health offers an intensive outpatient diabetic program for Type I and Type 2 patients as well as pre-diabetics. It has been shown to reduce patient A1c by up to 60% in as little as 6 months.  It includes:

  • Medical nutrition therapy

  • Extensive diabetes education

  • Insulin pump management

  • Chronic care counseling

At Alium Health, our patients find a team of caregivers dedicated to helping them understand and manage their diabetes. When optimal control is reached, patients can focus on things in life that they care about most. We do not believe in shaming or blaming our patients. It is all about their health and quality of life.

People with diabetes are more likely to have depression and/or anxiety disorders. Girls and young women with diabetes are particularly prone to eating disorders. We are here to help. Alium offers both individual and group counseling to help patients cope with diabetes.
