Allison Cimler
Clinical Director
Allison is a family Nurse Practitioner that has
worked with various populations of patients. She
was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in early
adulthood and has dedicated her medical career to
helping patients with diabetes and other medical
conditions live a healthier lifestyle. She is a
passionate and caring provider that continues to
educate patients and their families, so they can
achieve the best possible outcomes.

Director of Psychiatric Services
Sara is a psychiatric nurse practitioner that has worked with a wide variety of psychiatric and substance use disorders. She is passionate about providing high quality care in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, and seeks to end the stigma surrounding psychiatric and substance use disorders.

Ashley Kirby
Director of Mental Health Services
Dr. Kirby is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in crisis management and correctional psychology. She treats a wide variety of mental health problems, including depression, suicidality, psychosis and anxiety. Dr. Kirby’s approaches may include, but not limited to the following: CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and functional behavioral analysis. Dr. Kirby is accepting new patients, as well as provides clinical supervision and oversight to Alium’s mental health clinicians.

Kathleen Kuhlman
Psychologist
Dr. Kuhlman is a licensed clinical psychologist that specializes in police and public safety psychology. She uses her sense of humor and kind demeanor to establish rapport with her clients and helps them feel at ease. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral and narrative modalities most often, and is trained in Brain spotting, which is used especially for severe trauma. She treats a wide variety of mental health problems, including depression and anxiety, and specializes in trauma. Dr. Kuhlman is not currently accepting new patients, but she does provide clinical supervision and oversight to Alium’s mental health clinicians.

Therapist
Christina is a skilled clinician who has worked with a variety of diverse populations for over 7 years. She is passionate about providing client-centered, quality care which results in symptom reduction, healing, and empowerment. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, and other modalities, Christina has experience working with individuals, families, and groups to address symptoms of depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, OCD, and personality disorders.

Lauren
Therapist
Lauren has a master’s in social work with specialization in trauma and addiction recovery. She has been working with women individually and in group. She is passionate about bringing healing with hope, kindness and information. Group work is Lauren’s heart work. From trauma to parenting to substance abuse recovery, bringing people together provides much needed support. Lauren utilizes a variety of relaxation techniques, expressive art projects and coping strategies. Lauren is certified in EMDR, holistic health coaching and as a Tai Chi Chih instructor.

Jennifer
Therapist
Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has over 13 years of experience working with various populations. Her scope of practice is working with families who have experienced behavioral challenges including but not limited to trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, executive function deficits, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, chemical dependency/abuse and stress management. Jennifer offers a Client-Centered Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness through Play Therapy and teaches Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills for emotional regulation.

Karina is a trained and experienced therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with diverse populations in the mental and behavioral health field. Ensuring that patients receive quality care, she is committed to guide and provide help and support by focusing on their individual strengths, and safely address and resolve life challenges by creating a safe environment to help promote positive change and healing. Karina integrates a variety of approaches depending upon the issues to be resolved and the patient’s needs. Approaches may include, but not limited to the following: TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Client/Person Centered, EFT, Play-and art-based approaches, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Care Coordinator
Rachael has a bachelor’s degree in social work with a specialization in child welfare. She believes in assisting and empowering clients to overcome their barriers to thriving in life. Rachael has 12 years of experience in case management working with various populations. Throughout her career, she has experience with children and their parents, older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Medical Assistant
Taylor is our lead Medical Assistant and has over 4 years of assisting providers in performing their jobs. She is conscientious and is dedicated to great patient care. She is passionate at mastering a new job or responsibility. She runs the Spravato treatment each day as well as fights for the prior authorizations for our clinics.

Front Office Specialist
Summer is the voice of our front office and will be the voice you hear when you call. She has a passion for helping patients and answering their questions. While her experience in medicine is limited, her enthusiasm to learn a new position and help not only the patients, but the staff is remarkable.

Linda McCloud
Billing Specialist
Linda comes to us from Prescott Valley, AZ. She has more than 20 years of experience in medical billing and prides herself on fighting for patient coverage. She works very diligently to make sure all patient claims are paid by the insurance companies and works out payment plans with patients when they are in financial trouble. She likes to ride bikes in her spare time and enjoys her grandchildren.

Andrew Elliott
Founder & CEO
Andrew has been in a management position for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Finance and over his career been an entrepreneur as well as having worked for Fortune 500 companies. For the last eight years, he has been in the medical field working in diabetes clinics and now works tirelessly to improve patient lives through the Alium Health model of care in Phoenix, Arizona. His work passion is working with business in the “start-up” phase. Whether in his own or others’ companies, Andrew uses his experience and outside-the-box thinking to find creative ways to solve difficult business problems.
