As a Couples therapist, I often speak with Partners who are navigating troubled waters; longing for a sense of understanding and being truly heard. Couples therapy can provide a space for intentional connection, a place to discuss numerous issues in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Couples therapy can also validate the complex emotions felt during a time of crisis.

- Trauma and loss
- Blended family
- Life stage transitions (i.e. changes in jobs, relocation, changes in mobility, retirement)
In therapy we work together to improve communication, foster intimacy, build hope, and create meaningful and sustainable change in your relationship. Couples therapy is brief in nature—many couples find relief from concerns, improve communication and intimacy within 8-10 sessions.
